Declaration of consent regarding the processing of photo and/or video recordings according to DSGVO

By signing this declaration, the participant agrees that photos and/or video recordings will be made during the Göhtal Classic, on which the participant or his vehicle are clearly recognizable. The consent also applies to the publication and free use of the photos and / or video recordings on the club website, Facebook page and in other publications of The Event AG. The declaration of consent can be terminated at any time, without giving reasons, in writing by e-mail to info@thevent.eu.

For our motorsport events we process the following personal data: Name, address, date of birth, nationality, telephone number, email address, clothing size, ID number, driver's license number, club, bank details and details of the vehicle. You have provided us with this data during registration.

Your personal data will only be used for the organization, execution and announcement of events of The Event AG. Any further use of the personal data as well as any forwarding to third parties requires the separate consent of the participant.

We process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract or for the purpose of carrying out pre-contractual measures (Article 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO). We process photos and video recordings on which you are recognizable based on your consent (Article 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO).

Your personal data will be stored by The Event AG digitally and/or in paper form and can only be viewed by authorized persons or members. Your personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of the data processing is fulfilled.

You have a right to information regarding the personal data concerning you, a right to correction, to deletion, to restriction, to data portability and to objection. Furthermore, you have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority in the event of a suspected violation of data protection law.

Liability waiver

I release the organizers and all employees and helpers of the rally from any responsibility and liability for any damage that may occur directly or indirectly, before, during or after the rally, both for damage caused intentionally as well as not intentionally. This also applies to damages caused by third parties. The waiver of liability applies to damages to persons, objects and vehicles as well as to all possible consequential damages.
